I got mine today - charged it then unlocked it at 2 places. Balanced phone etc,but when I start using it, it says after about 2 minutes Overload and then switch off - I used the Mohem Joy app. What do I do wrong? The sivel where you balance it gets very warm

It has maximum payload capacity of 400 gm. If your phone and other accessories weighing more than 400 gm then in that case you may receive such error
