I bought mine 6 months ago, without the remote and it never wants to stay connected to my phone. It's extremely frustrating an there customer service is either non-existant or lazy. This video made it look easy and very user friendly. This was nothing I experienced.

You probably have the first version of this gimbal, because X2 wasn't available 6 months ago. I don't have any experience with the X1 gimbal, but the X2 was very simple to use for me and it was very reliable.

Only difference between this gimbal and the previous model is the remote control. Which is ok for those wanting to self film. I did find the gimbal tilt limited range.

I don't see why it wouldn't be compatible, it's compatible with pretty much any phone..

The product description says that motor 1 and motor 3 in this gimbal do not get locked. They are also asking not to consider it as a defect. Can anyone please explain what does it mean?

Didn’t you mount the Rode Wireless Go receiver to the phone? Did you use its standalone recording mode and sync the audio on post production?

Yes I used the standalone recording mode and synced everything is post production. worked out great.

I newly brought Hohem instead X2 for my Samsung Galaxy A02 mobile. I registered Hohem Pro Application with my email id also. When I am trying to open camera application found it's been turned off the application. I tried several times. But it's been turned off while opening camera through application. I don't know why. 😑😑 Can you help me please what's the reason. Anyone facing this issue??.

Any one had alignment issues in vertical mode as i had issues where my phone was not complete straight neither in horizontal nor in vertical mode had slight slant.

It wasn't the inception mode as far as I remember, it was a different effect.

Object tracking is horrible. Only works in perfect conditions and lighting. I'd tried for 1 hour to track my rc car and it never worked. It always loses track and goes haywire. Object track ONLY WORKS if the object moves extremely slow and there's perfect light and no background noise
