I'm a Korean player who mainly plays Marine Band, and only yesterday have I learned about the existence of Dabell! Immediately ordered Bb Noble model, and got it today(domestic shipping yay). Amazing volume it got! I'm gonna dabble it a bit more and compare it with Bb Marine Band in the meantime.

Da bell Noble closely resembles a Kongsheng Sunrise, which seems to clone a Suzuki Manji, while the new Bushman Delta Frost copies this model too.

Try the Kongsheng Mars. I have six and haven’t needed any work on them. Mind you I possibly accept a few minor flaws as I really don’t like working on my harps. But they are the best out of the box harps I’ve tried.

what are the reeds made from? I think Brass is the only way for me I'm afraid :)

I have a Dabell Story in A and it’s one of my favorite harps, along with my SP20s and Rockets. Personally, I much prefer it over my standard MB in A. If it were a MB Deluxe, that might be a different “story” (no pun intended).

interesting, Thanks! I think for me the Phosphor bronze reeds just feel too different. Every harp I've tried that's not brass feels strange

My "go-to" harps are Eastop. They have a rich tone, are responsive, and bend easily. And they're 1/2 the price of other brands. People can say what they will, but I like Eastop.

I actually own a DaBell Story in E, which costs a bit less than the Noble, and it's okay. The 3 blow is a little leaky, but I really like the shape of it. When comparing to my axe of choice (the Hohner Golden Melody), the tuning on the Noble is a lot harsher compared to the GM and both are in Equal Temperment, which is known to be harsh on chords.

Close the gapping on the blow reeds a bit and it really helps it shine.

Easiest method is to learn how to adjust the reed gapping. It sounds complicated, but it’s really not. Andrew Z has some great tutorials showing the basics. It’s 100% worth learning if you really enjoy harp.

With all my harmonicas (I have three) the bend on the third hole sounds more dull and muffled than the others. I have a Special 20, a Crossover, and a Lee Oskar. The Crossover is actually the worst for the third hole bends, it's really muted sounding. I can bend all the other ones fine. Is this normal?

The problem with factory harps is inconsistency. If you're unlucky, the reed shape or gapping isn't great on hole 2 or 3 making the bends feel weak and unresponsive.
