This was well put together! Depending where you go the prices can vary. If you are happy without aircon and sitting on a small chair or deck chair. I paid between 75p for a large freshly ground ice latte at small family cafe's. And 1 gbp for avacado milkshakes served on the pavement in front of other businesses. The prices remind me of the early to mid 90s in the west.

Da Nang is beautiful in parts, but it is tiny and very repetitive so just visit from Da Nang. During my visit I wandered around expecting/hoping to find some hidden gems but I never did, the sad fact was the shops and market stalls all sell the same things, a lot of mass produced pictures/prints, little ornaments and counterfeit north face bags, t-shirts etc. A big plus was the people who were friendly and it felt safe to walk around at all times of the day. Party animals be aware, it is not the town for you as it gets quiet very early.
