tip: artillery advisors don’t do anything unless your divisions are majority artillery, and since a majority-arty division is useless, advisors with artillery traits are also useless

tip 2: see that little row of soldiers in the bar that allows you to assign orders? That’s cohesion: how far your troops will go to reinforce another part of the frontline. I recommend turning it down to the second setting, so you don’t have troops retreating from valuable positions to move to the other side of the frontline

This is going to be one of the greatest series of all time. Much love, and will be eagerly awaiting each episode. Afghanistan had a developing focus tree, so probably not as crazy as you might want to see for a lot of other ones, but you’re going to hit so many great countries on this series, can’t wait. A should have been for Albania smh, they just got a new focus tree. Edit: oh damn wait no we’re really doing everything then. In that case, look forward to Albania soon. Every focus tree in this mod is going to be absolutely wild. Best of luck friend, have fun with therapy after.

In fact, you can win Afghan-Indian war in 2 weeks. Just rush your cavalry right to Delhi, with some micromanagment it's useful. But anyway defeating Churchill's Raj after that while conquering India was impossible, they had like 70 divisions near Delhi, because Entente supported him.

Crt + right click the enemy unit or the attack bubble to “support attack” where your unit attacks but wont move into the tile.

I don't know if it was changed or not, but after I pulled off 2 encirclements in the south, i just blitzkrieged to the capital of Delhi and they instantly surrendered. I think you have to do this before the entire entente join but I'm not sure. It might have just been changed when they added the new focus tree

A few mistakes were made, but those were some beautiful encirclements. But something I think I’d do would be focus more on researching industrial stuff for a little while before infantry as well as build civ factories. Atleast until you get ready to declare your first war so that you’d have enough civs to build military factories quickly . Otherwise good job.

Surprisingly, King Habibullah was a reform-oriented ruler, not an aggressive military-oriented tyrant like his father Abdur Rahman. He had been quite successful in not succumbing to the pressure exerted by the British and the Russians. He was somewhat able to maintain a policy of noninvolvement throughout WW1 and was promised a list of terms by the British (especailly the formal recognition of Afghanistan as a state). Likewise, the British were extremely concered about an invasion from Afghanistan to the then British Raj; it was a valid concern since Afghanistan had come extremely close to joining the Axis powers in both World Wars. Surprisingly, Afghans loved the Germans more than any other foreign powers (except the Ottomans). Nevertheless, when WW1 ended britain was not so forthcoming of the promises made. Emir Habibullah got assassinated presumbly during a hunting trip since he was hated by the Afghan due to his reforms a challenge his successor Amanullah Khan also failed to overcome.
