@@tyrongkojy The lore of the MLP show is pretty loose anyway, The only things were are sure of is that it's some sort of high fantasy setting and all things regarding the nation of Equestria, the rest is pretty much open for interpretation. Even the time period isn't clear at all.

@@thepioneer1525 yeah, but Hasbro has no balls. They would never sanction anything like a proper game and even if someone tries to do one - they will sue them to hell, like they've done many times. Hasbro is like a mini version of Nintendo. Regardless, we have EaW and I'll be a happy man as long as it keeps existing.

There are more of the paths here that allow you to go more conquery but it fits the first bear playthrough of sheer bloodbath, some might call it edgy but I think that is healthy and cool amount of edgy

The run also doesn't end if you accept being puppeted/ 'protectorate' of the changelings. Some may also consider this a gateway to things other may see as 'based' or 'gamer'

@@koneser8197 This isn't even the edgiest path though which is the funny thing. I'd consider the "All Exiles" then "Wellington" then "Spread out" path the edgiest given that your species degenerate into mindless monsters under the thrall of The Eternal that then go on the warpath. But true to form even the friendliest path of the bears, the Harmony path, is... a unique take on Harmony... more vicious and like stereotypical fanatic wood elves than Equestrian Harmony, which is derided as interfering too much in nature instead of embracing "Natural harmony." that includes monsters roaming the countryside as predators. Because of that the harmony path can embrace the supremacist path as co-rulers and go "The Land of Heroes and Monsters". Sort of like "We're environmentalists :)" -> "No. You are anti-pollution. We want to tear down the factories and re-introduce wild wolves and bears. That is true environmentalism." -> "Um..." -> "And then we'll throw the fascists a bone and allow them to hunt a few every year for target practice.".

Penguins are bros. Like pay attention to the flavor and you'll see most paths are like "Beat Everyone Up!!... Except the Penguins" who just are grillin da fish. So, there's upwards of 16 paths for the bears. Torben has the best starting position with strong units and tons of bonuses to them, but has no industrial buildup. He can't support any long play really because he doesn't build anything. And does his best to kill all the bugs and their industry too. That's also why his path ends there really, he only cares about bugs. Paw is a little more balanced and I think you would have liked his extremist paths. Also on the shorter side flavor wise, but they're open ended and give you bonuses to manual justification. His moderate paths have him rebuilding his nation more. Eira, the harmonist, is more diplomacy focused. Some very nice fluff to read and powerful in her own way without spoiling anything. Harmonist is also the path you go to go red. I also recommend the protectorate too, its actually a fun(ny) path. Purges all spirits, so you want to go with an industrial/rebuilding path before then if you want to try it out.

You picked the Short Focus Tree. ALL the Other ones are better. Even just keeping Jorik/Paw Wellington alive in the setup phase but still going supremacist gives you an entire campaign ending with you as the sole ruler of the Global North.

Panserbjørn seems to be Norwegian and translated is Armor Bear. Further supported by the fact that one of the clans is named Svartpels which is Black Fur. Tordenstjerne = Thunder Star It seems Norwegian inspired with the fish too as Norway's second largest export is fish (behind oil). Or Iceland or a combination.

Great video! From what I have seen so far, going overtyrant with paw has the most conquering stuff built into their tree, since it gives you a war goal for the changelings, both of the yak brothers, and nova griffonia, as well as cores for the penguins, nova griffonia, and parts of the changeling lands if memory serves. Went down the left path and had about 600k bearpower by the end.

this mod is pretty fun to play despite it being MLP has to be one of best mods iv played with all the attention and care put into this mod by the mod developers of it, to be honest played lots of countries some I haven't played but for the most part I played Equestria Crystal Empire Changeling Lands Hippogriffa Chiropterra with many alternative pathways Equestria for example Bring Back Nightmare Moon through a civil War, or side with Celestia she has interesting things to you can do to turn her to Daybreaker very powerful as commander as well the one notable thing with Crystal Empire is bringing back king sombra powerful as well one thing I noticed you can do is to change an option at the start of the game to make the ai Equestria have a civil war which causes the war of two sisters and if you play Crystal Empire and bring back king Sombra siding with him you can later on make a full alliance with Nightmare Moon Also during the civil war when you get the war goal on Equestria you can intervene and help Nightmare Moon in the civil war somewhat this way it gives you a really good fighting chance on Equestria this way too. not changing the option you end up at war with Angry Equestria then the changeling invasion of Equestria and you cough cough Both are very painful to deal with unless to make the changelings ally you through focus
