Might've seen some differences in WW1 and 2. Greece wasn't really strong or stable enough to maintain neutrality or hold back invaders, but the Byzantines might have been. Wouldn't have had the Ottomans joining the Central Powers... and if they'd survived both world wars then the Middle East would be a slightly smaller disaster than it is in all likelihood. But major changes to history? Unlikely.
