Pry has got to surround himself with people that are going to make him better, especially with clock management. Hiring and firing, starting with Whit this off season will be critical.

I have faith in him . He works hard however i believe he is still learning . I think that he can do this . Lets not go off the rail quite yet . Hes a great guy , he loves VA Tech he deserves a chance . I believe that he is our future . Lets calm down and give him another season . Who else you gonna get ? Lets go coach , its your call .

Hes soft as fuck..Waiting another year?..😂..Yeah ok..we're losing everyone after this season..he had the talent and the skill level players this year and failed miserably..Next year we'll be lucky to win 2 games..they need to go after a top tier coach..spend the money!!!

This offseason will be a defining factor in this program. How many will enter the transfer portal and how many recruits stay committed to this program will identify if his „culture“ is working. 2025 schedule is not a cake walk by any means and next year will determine if he stays or did we waste another six years. I will always bleed orange and maroon but I don’t know how much is left.

The coaches have let our seniors down this year. They could have and should have had a better season with better play calling. The drop back pass is a bad play call given who we have playing at QB. What happened to our defense to give up so many big plays last game and this season? That's play calling that could have resulted in better results. Don't blame your results on injuries. Every team is dealing with injuries this time of year. Maybe you make some better play calls that don't put your QB in the position to get hurt so often. The drop back is inferior to the roll out or rpo. Coaching needs to improve greatly in the off season. VT has arguably superior talent to most of the opponents this year and the coaching made the team look inferior at times. Coaches like Frank Beamer brought in average talent and made them look great. Take a lesson from a hall of famer. Defense wins games and championships. Turnovers and special teams matter. Make that count next year because this year you made some bad decisions. How about this week vs. UVA you make some play calls that benefit Pop or whoever is the VT QB and gives him the best opportunity to make a good play rather than some 7 second drop back design that results in 8 sacks?

I believe in Coach Pry. However, there definitely needs to be changes made defensively. Experienced coaches surrounding you make up for weaknesses that Pry may have. Also, Tyler Bowen needs to be on the field as the offensive coordinator and QB coach. Kyron needs that 1 on 1, not a phone call from the coach. Go Hokies!

Bowen better not be anywhere near the program next season for the way he’s floundered this year on that side of the ball with the talent we brought back. Both coordinators HAVE to kick rocks after the season.

All of them!..VT sells out constantly and has one of the best fan base at home and on the road..I watched the Duke game and they barely filled half their stadium, but yet Duke has been a better program the last several years..this shit is a joke!..he sounds like a nice store manager..not a coach with fire in his eyes!!

Sparse crowd? At least Andy Bitter and press is there as always not asking tough questions. Why are they asking him about recruiting and the portal? This season is a major fail. Is this guy really going to be here next year? Are we seriously content with $12 million taken from this dude in 3 years?!! It’s not 1990, coaches make much more money now (adjusted for inflation). That’s why tenures have to be short when progress is not made. We know the football player talent goes way down next year and coaches aren’t magically going to become competent. These coaches excel at finding ways to lose. This coaching staff is an embarrassment. Quit handing them money for losing. Look at all 21 coaches and 37 staff and make changes. Evaluate the the AD. What has Whit done for bball and football in 10 years?! Nothing good! Is VT administration ok with this. VT Revenue is not keeping pace because bball and football are regressing.

Coach Pry speaks all the right words but the other coaches and players have not enacted his words, after three years. Not good. Hokie fans and the players deserve much better leadership. Why not have retired winner Frank Beamer coach the coaches. Or even Nick Sabin? These names are proven winners and legends as head coaches!

This dude can sell cars and bullshyte morons into thinking he's a Head Coach. He isn't. He's a defensive coach. Head Coaches that make 5 million a year don't have a 15-19 record over #3 years. It's that simple. 15-19 isn't even a 1 million a year coach. This guy has talked it up since day #1. He mesmerizes people. He convinces the audience he's this close ( ) . He talks and talks and talks. Folks we're 15-19. Is Va Tech stupid enough to do a 4th year???? Probably so. They could care less about what the fans want. Us fans want a 5 million a year Coach. We want to win games. We want a winning program. Pry is not a 5 million a year coach. Unless 15-19 is acceptable. Unless the Charmin PooH-Pooh bowl is acceptable. Will we be 6-7 or 7-6 .
