Holden Racing UK - Race Two - Snetterton - 15/10/23 - CMMCS Super Saloons

Second and final race of the year for us took place just over an hour after the first one had finished. Just a tyre change (not, new just another set we have already done three sprint races with) and re-fuel to do, so no mad rush.
Again it was a split grid with the Intermarque Silhouettes, starting some way a head. Challenge this time was to try and overtake as many of those as possible, as well as try and win our own race.
We started where we finished the last one, Alex blasted down the start/finish straight and whilst a gaggle of M3's plus a V8 Nascar looking beast were fighting among themselves, he was able to get some heat in the tyres before pressing on.
With the cars jostling for position behind a nice gap was opened up and it was another comfortable win for the might V8 Supercar. Also managed to over take all Intermarque Silhouettes, bar the winner of that race.
All done for the year now with another good haul of trophy's and lots of people wowed by the Holden!

After living in Aus for 8 years during the 90´s, consider me a Lowndes fan boy. Love the cars! Had a VL turbo back in the day. Nice driving.
