I dont know the name, we call em bacon wrapped weenies! lol soo easy, and soooo good! 1lbs of bacon, cut into 3 pieces. 1- 14oz bag of Hillshire Farm lil smokies. wrap each weenie with a piece of bacon, put in a 13x9x2 pan (set them side by side, do not layer them on top of each other) When the whole pan is full get some brown sugar and pack it on the top, completely covering all the weenies. Bake at 400 until the bacon is cooked, this varies for me.. sometimes 25-30 min, sometimes 35-40, i think the humidity has something to do with it, remove the weenies from the pan and enjoy!!

Rinsing off the elbow noodles rinses off all the extra sticky starch that helps bind them better... I made something very similar to this and I didn’t rinse my pasta and they held together perfect...My mom made the same recipe but she rinsed her noodles and hers fell apart as well

@@debra8499 yes! Just came here to say the same. As a full blooded Italian, I can confidently say never rinse your pasta! At least any pasta that will be served hot. Macaroni salad is a different story! Everything looks scrumptious!

I would also say to pull the noodles out a minute or two earlier and bake them a tad longer at a lower temp.

We make Macaroini cups pretty often and we always add an egg to bind and we pack the muffin cups. it helps a lot. Also, don't rinse your noodles. We love to top ours with a parmeasan (The can in the green shaker can) ,panko and a bit of melted butter, all mixed together! It's soooo good!
@Nessabby194 жыл бұрын
Do you add an egg to the macaroni dish when the cheese sauce and everything is all mixed? Trying this out so I want to get it right lol
@emilyhawkins8444 жыл бұрын
@@Nessabby19 I add the cheese sauce to the noodles and mix to cool a little, (so I don't scramble the egg) then I add the beaten egg and bacon pieces and mix it all together.

Here is a recipe for Sausage Pinwheels you might like. Very easy and quick! Delicious! My family likes to eat these for breakfast. 1 roll 16 oz of sausage (I like Jimmy Dean regular) 1 block of cream cheese 2 heaping Tlb spoons of Pepper Jelly or to your taste of spicy level. 2 rolls of crescent rolls Brown sausage and drain take off heat. Add cream cheese and jelly mix well. I chill for about 30 minutes before spreading on crescent rolls. Separate filling in half and spread on crescent rolls. Roll up on long end. Cut pinwheels 1” with a serrated knife place on baking sheet and bake about 10-14 minutes. Watch close the sugar in the jelly makes the bottoms brown quickly.

I always make a bread bowl dip in a french bread loaf. You cut out the top and some of the bread underneath and cut that up for dipping. Mix 1 small can crushed black olives, 1- 8 oz cream cheese, 1= 16 oz sour cream, 1 package of buddig pastrami cut up into bits, Knorr brand vegetable soup mix, 1 can diced green chilis, pinch salt/pepper. Pour that into the bread and bake 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. I usually buy another loaf of french bread and cut it up. . Once the dip is almost gone, you can start tearing the bread bowl apart and eating it with the dip. Nice to take to a parties because you can throw it all away when you are done...if there is anything left. This is always a hit

You just take two 8oz blocks of room temp cream cheese and spread them on the bottom of baking dish sprinkle with Italian seasoning and then add a jar of pizza sauce then top with pepperoni, Parmesan and mozzarella add another jar of pizza sauce then more parm and mozzarella and finally more pepperonis and Italian seasoning! Bake at 375 degrees until golden and bubbly. I serve with warm French bread and ritz. A crowd pleaser!
