I love your recipes. Approximately two weeks before Thanksgiving I started KETO and it was amazing, but I did go completely berserk during Thanksgiving. I need to start again. I figure out my macros but when I look at what I have to lose it gets depressing. I love to cook and it looks like your ideas on cooking will be perfect for my plan. You live in the NW US as I do. I live in Oregon in the rich farmland and love it. We have a garden in the summer too and I do canning and made delicious fermented pickles this year. I also love to knit.
