I made these, first this makes like 12 dozen cookies!! I used approximately 1/4 of the dough it made 3 dozen stopped to make dinner. Put the rest in the freezer for another day, it is an easy dough to work with. The flavor is good, make sure you have good allspice, I added a little extra clove. I went and purchased arbol chili’s, grind them up in grinder if you don’t have one use cayenne. 👍🏻

Rick, why do you say Whole Wheat Flour would cause you no concern about gluten development? Common knowledge suggests You might recheck that.. and that makes me need to add a pinch of salt to everything i hear on these videos.......
