Such a great review! I accidentally booked this hotel on my phone (I had meant to book with Hilton) and was unable to cancel without a penalty, so I have been scrambling to find a REAL review. This was not only very detailed, but it eased my worries and now I am actually looking forward to staying.

@@weteamwms0324 I go for pleasure. I'm in the Atl so I'll come by myself sometimes, my girlfriend will come with me or my son. My girlfriend and I are annual pass holders at Universal and Islands of Adventure so I definitely get my money's worth😂mostly I fly down as a loner. I know how to entertain myself so I enjoy the visit.

Sam M thank you for your comment 🥰 obviously TripAdvisor has never stayed there!! No that is not true at all!! We have stayed there twice and have never seen a roach or any other type of pest!! The hotel is very clean and they have excellent customer service ❤️Whomever posted that must have brought the insects with them!! Or the previous guest that stayed in the room brought them!!
