You’re such lovely people. Sarah you could give a TedTalk on perseverance and grace! Time has shown that you were absolutely right to leave the door open. (When many of your subscribers including me, said cut them off, go “no contact” protect your family harmony etc) you followed your hearts and it lead to your daughters meeting their grandfather, spending time with him and knowing him a little before his diagnosis. That is so powerful. I’m sure by the end of the year, your mother and sister will be fully integrated into the warmth, comfort, affection and love of your wonderful family. It will be irresistible for them to stay away from 3 adorable children and 2 stable, welcoming adults. I think your social circle of loyal close friends will open them up. Condolences again on the loss of your father. Congratulations in anticipation of a United extended family. The video at the end is so wholesome and heartwarming. The children are growing up beautifully

Justin’s sister found it easier to open up to someone who is a stranger to her. Very often people will do that because there are no family ties, they may not see that person again and they feel they won’t be judged by family standards.

Yes! This happened with me on a flight. A woman was going to India and I was going to China. So much stuff had happened in my life around that time. I was just pouring myself out. She encouraged me, a total stranger.

Nice to see Justin’s mom and sister coming around to spend time with family despite them grieving. Also I know Sarah doesn’t mean to come across this way but processing grief takes longer than just a few weeks. You don’t just feel sad for a few weeks and then get over it. Justin processes his grief differently but you have to remember his sister lived with her mom and dad and saw Justin’s dad on a daily basis. That’s a huge physical void for Justin’s sister to process and will take a long time to adjust to. Justin didn’t see him as often so his experience losing his dad is very different. It’s good to know Justin’s sister isn’t repressing her emotions, crying is healthy. 🙂 Also the girls are okay with it now but as they get older, good luck hosting joint birthday parties 😂 they will each want their own special day as they get older. But definitely makes sense when they are still so young.

@@Heyjayy-k4q yeah exactly because of stuff like this. Toxic behavior. And that doesn’t disappear overnight. I don’t really understand why Justin is so pathologically hellbent on including these consistently upsetting people into their lives. And she is a bit of a Pollyanna and comes across as naive. I get that she’s sweet and supportive of her husband but I’d like to see them be way more protective of their kids. He needs to work out whatever damage and emotional hang ups he has surrounding his family without sacrificing the kids. So like I said, since that obviously isn’t gonna happen, I truly hope they don’t leave the kids alone with these women for a long, long time. I have a feeling they will though because they seem a bit dumb.

Your consistent positive attitudes and non judgmental approach to the very sad and difficult situation is why it all came to be such a miraculous outcome coupled with the passing of your father I’m afraid to say. Life is too short to not offer love and compassion and forgiveness to all…especially family. Now I have to heed my own words of advice and start extending some love ❤️ and forgiveness to family members. So so very very happy for you all. ☀️🌈🤗🥰

His birthday was on Friday he died Saturday and Easter on Sunday. I lost 5 really good and close friends to old age heart attack and cancer. I just recently found a grief support group at a nearby church. I just met them last week. I'm going to go back again this Wednesday thank goodness 🙏🏿. Again so sorry for your loss. Have a blessed day. God bless your lovely family and thanks for sharing 👍🏿 😊 🙏🏿 ❤️ 💕 ☺️ 😢😊❤
