This was a great video man. I was actually excited to see you getting some games for yourself instead of the patrons for once lol. Awesome pickups you got. I really like the commercials you put in too. That first ps vita commercial and the Segata Sanshiro Santa one had me rolling. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year man. And a drink at your favorite bar at the end of the day, can’t beat that at all.

Yes and no to be honest. The Japaneses arent always good at preserving their history, video games included. For one well preserved game in a shop, ten have been throwned away. Often, preservation work is actually done by foreigners: check out the work of the Game Preservation Society. It is captivating. Cheers

All 3 SFC Go Go Ackman games are wonderful platformers, picked up all 3 on Ebay last year in 1 shot. Jikkyou Oshaberi Parodius I also picked up on the same buy spree, now have all 3 versions of the game, and of course also have the game on Parodius Portable on PSP. 24:47 Puyo Puyo Tsuu in it's native environment (an arcade cabinet), and on free play, NIIIIIIICCCCCCCCE!

I loved the Parodius series, they were made back when Konami used to be awesome. Sadly there are only Pachinko machines of Parodius now but back in the 90s the Parodius games were awesome and I am so happy I imported Parodius Collection on PSP from Japan as I love that game series.
@Bloodreign14 жыл бұрын
Parodius Portable on PSP is awesome save for one small detail, some of the music on the non MSX Parodius games had at least 1-2 songs changed in each. Makes me glad to have them for my Sega Saturn as well, unaltered in the music department. I used to almost drool at screenshots for those games when EGM magazines would show screenshots for the series back in the day, and I swore back then one day I'd play them all (didn't know about the MSX one back then). Years later I'd not only get to play them, but own copies of them as well.
@TBoneTony4 жыл бұрын
@@Bloodreign1 I was aware that the music was different in the PSP versions of the Parodius 2, 3, 4 and Sexy Parodius. Most likely due to potential copyright issues with the original soundtrack that the original Arcade and SEGA Saturn versions were lucky to avoid.

Oh man... Super Potato looks so awesome!!! Every square inch of that place is packed. Do you have Psycho Dream for Super Famicom? One of my faves. Parodius is a damn good game. Never played any of the Go Go Ackman series, but it looks really cool... Super nice graphics on the third one. OMG so many PCE games... I can't even imagine. Pretty bad ass looking shooter you picked up. I saw Sonic Wings at that third shop! Super awesome and cheap(ish) way to play Aero Fighters. I picked that and Hagane up at the same time, because the imports are SO much cheaper. When you are filming inside Trader, what music is that playing??? AMAZING. That last shooter looked rad and so did that bar. At least when you get a ridiculously long comment like this, you know I watched the whole vid hahaha.

I had to watch with no sound. Did I just see a Dragon Ball Z Super Butoden 3 game for 638 yen??? Dragon Ball Z Super Butoden 2 goes for 418 yen??? Go Go Ackman looks like a game based off of Kid Trunks in DBZ. It's like his evil version. How much was the Shin Ryu (that airplane shooter game for the Saturn)? I want to go visit Japan to check out the Japanese games that I played or always wanted. Thanks for the video. It was fun to watch even if I had no sound on my computer.

So something I always wanted to ask but I kept forgetting. 1. Do you just walk down the street holding a camera and talk to yourself while you film or do you ad your voice over later. 2. Do you ever get any negative reactions doing this?
