I totally get what you were saying about Christmas not feeling like Christmas anymore. I think once the concept of finals were introduced into my life, the joy of Christmas dissappeared because more than half of December was dedicated to studying and taking a bunch of tests instead of spending time with family T.T Wishing you and everyone in this comment section a Merry Christmas and a wonderful rest of your break!! ❤

We dont have finals in my school but i had to do my thesis defense before the break. I had to stay up till 4am to print copies of our work (its 33 pages, 4 separate copies) at one point:((

Watching this on the 26th of december, after the most depressing christmas of my life, makes me one thousand times happier. I've always pretended to be liking that season but honestly, even the food, and gifts lost their appeal. The only thing I enjoy is picking gifts for people (even if it's one 1% of my fam and friends due to having two friends and having never bonded with my family) I took it differently this year.
