She is such a wonderful, calming speaker. I connected with her advice so much. Lots of people have trauma and it's SO important to unpack it. I'm hearing lots about intergenerational trauma recently, particularly from the younger generation. Very important to understand if you want to achieve inner peace!

I have the big T traumas and small T traumas the opposite way. I can have my physical safety threatened in reality and shake it off but an emotional wound feels truly life threatening.

Thank you for sharing this information! It’s incredibly helpful to have things spelled out so simply. I will be buying the book. Also, I now know why I love my rocking chair so much.

Once upon time, l used to think problems are for black folks. I never thought whites do go through issues. Looking from outside, I thought whites had perfect lives, but l learned that traumas, issues of life, are human problems. We are all in the same ship , even though we might come to the ship by different bouts. If want to make the world a better place, we must come to understanding, that we are not much different from each other, even though it might seem different from outside. I believe we are more of same internally than we different. The more we know we more the same than we are different, jealousy, envy of one another will be reduced, because truly there no much to envy the other if we were to know each other internally by being venerable. The person we envy is not much different than us, it just seems one seems better than the other. ❤

How often do you interrupt the guest to plug an ad? How annoying.
