At my age 35 what I have learned about relationships is they will never make sense to people at times and that's okay because they are not for you to get so if you have a genuine connection with someone go for it and be with them. Don't wory about race, age, sex, whatever. If you're into it and the person gives you what you need as a partner no need to explain or care what anyone thinks. I'm always falling for people significantly older than me. I'm also over 40 now so old enough to know what I want. Besides, people will make a scandal out of everything. My dad aged pretty fast and my mom looked super young still. So people sometimes used to ask if she's his daughter and I am his granddaughter and were probably talking behind his back how he married such a young woman. The kicker is that there wasn't even a two year age gap between them! They were basically the same generation and people still had to comment on it and find something 'creepy' about their relationship that was all in their heads!
