I tore my hamstring, felt the pop, major pain, completely purple in the entire back......I discovered the magic. I used one of those massagers and used it every day, multiple times per day, over and over and over again. I was playing pickleball full strength in exactly one month. i pulled my hamstring in a football match 2 months ago. i have done rice therapy, stretched it every day, done strengthening exercises and more, and nothing was working, i became very desperate as the pain did not go away. however yesterday i found your video and performed your massage. this morning i have woken up feeling much better, i still have mild pain but i am assuming that is because i have only done them once. i would just like to say a huge thanks for your help, and merry christmas 😊

same i had a hamstring injury that was no going away after everything i tryed so i stopped playing football and after i played 2 days ago i pulled my hamstring once again

@@jasoncruisejr pancreas and thymus glands. There is thymosin in them, a peptide, but I think peptides get broken down before being absorbed. They are high in omega 3 though
