Thanks for the info! I normally don't drive my street car in the rain if I can help it, but it rained a little and went out on purpose to test this stuff out and it works pretty good even with limited traction! Pretty dang nice they added it. I spend $35 on a Hall sensor and $10 on a little steel threaded "sleeve" to mount it, pointed it at my rear lugs to use for a trigger (I'm using my ABS still and couldn't get a sensor to it) and it's pretty dang cool! I really let it get a bit out of control and the cutting cylinder option is pretty neat too! Very useful for ~$50 and a little work!

Look very similar to Fueltech's driven VS non-driven set up. Really seems to be the best way to do it for street cars and roll racing.

I wish we could change the enable switch settings so the scramble could turn it off. Hard to have an input just for traction when there's only 4 to begin with. But I really like this feature and everything else they added with v3

may be a dumb question, but is there a way to implement a more street friendly version of traction control.. something not time driven that functions off just wheel speed sensors to retard timing maybe? concern is more safety, like on wet roads and such mainly, not racing application.

For TC, could a guy utilize a factory front wheel speed sensor and say the 80E speed output for TC? I assume most use drive shaft speed as most transmissions don't have built in speed like the 60/80E, right?

I'd be curious to figure out how to incorporate front factory hub sensors into my Dominator system. I have an F100 with a Crown Vic subframe. The front sensors are just sitting there ready to be utilized...

@@JBolt5812 I am using SN95 hubs and sensors in my dominator. Must set up 2 wire sensor as IPU. Although it does lag behind hall effect at low speed.

Is there a traction control system that can sequentially pull timing out per cylinder and increase or decrease, sequentially, the number of cylinders timing is pulled out depending on wheel slip?

Can this traction control be setup when a Can I/O module is being used for driveshaft speed and front wheel speed?

THATS WHAT I WAS WORIED ABOUT BUT I ACTUALLY HAVE THE FRONT AND REAR WHEEL SPEED ON MY CAN BUS EXPANSION BOX AND IT LET ME USE THEM FOR TC . WAS SUPRISED ACTUALLY

@@axetogrindproductions4153 that’s good to know….right now I have it wired so I can use the VSS (as a rear wheel speed sensor) and the front sensor for TC….but if front and rear work with the I/O CAN module (like you said) I may switch to that and save an input on the term X

@@axetogrindproductions4153 Just wanted to let you guys know I followed axetogrind's info here and hooked up a hall sensor that is triggering off of the back of the wheel studs through the holley canbus expansion module and it works great!

What type of traction control do you recommend for a guy wanting to get his feet wet with it? Am I money ahead setting up a wheel slip, buying Holley traction control or buying Davis tc-3?

The terminator has this built in with it, so just use what's on the terminator X - the "wheel slip" one.
