Hollow Donuts 😊 New recipe for this delicious treat! This treat is very famous and well known in Asian. The challenge is how do you make it hollow inside? My method is very simple. Video is coming out soon 💕
✔️ Ingredients and recipe
▪️ All Purpose Flour - 4 Cups (600g)
▪️ Quick Rise Instant Yeast - 1pkg (8g) or 2 Tsp
▪️ Sugar - 8 Tbsp ( 150g ) or 3/4 Cup
▪️ Baking Powder - 2 Tsp (8g)
▪️ Salt - 1 Tsp (5g)
▪️ Lukewarm Milk - 2 Cups ( 480ML )
▪️ Cooking Oil - 2 Tbsp
▪️ Raw White Sesame Seeds
✨ in this video, I used stand mixer to prepare the dough, it is the easiest 😊
✨ If knead dough by hand, add cooking oil once you almost done kneading so it is not to sticky at the end.
- Mix well by something hard first about 30 seconds
- knead dough by hand about 1 minute
- Lastly, add cooking oil and mix for the last 30 seconds until dough is smooth
