One thing I enjoyed about this battle is a certain detail that tends to go unnoticed. Ichigo's sword flies to his hand as soon after he hollowfied as if linked to him. This was a subtle hint to a truth that Ichigo's inner hollow told him when they fought earlier in the series.

what always gets me about this fight are Orihime's cries, they are so deep and soaked in a place she holds with Ichigo. Ichigo had died plain and simple, but her cries about how he's always the one who knows what to do, and her voice is able to transcend his death and reach him there. Another thing that gets me is that damn hollow wailing, it would freak me out and give me chills, at some level it would show the place ichigo had been driven to, not just because of his death or that ulquiorra was really powerful but all of it was her cry, Orihime's cry almost literally putting it sent him to that place of void, mindless painful and just utter rageful power

It wasn’t Orrhime’s cries that turned Ichigo to turn into a hollow. It was his white Ichigo/ inner hollow sayin he was going to protect Ichigo not orihime.

I found them pretty annoying honestly. Every damn time Orihime opens her mouth, I know the words she gonna say are "KuRoSaKi KuN 🥺". She has the power to reject phenomenon but sadly we don't see no improvement from her side at all. Although she acts like she's very kind, she's actually dumb. The fact she healed Ichigo's enemy knowing that they are enemies of Ichigo and it is certain Ichigo would have to handle them on his own doesn't sound "kind" to me. The way she stands with her arms over her tiddies make me fume. It's like her brain is rather in the tiddies for how dumb and useless she is. She exacerbates every situation she's in and also makes her friends suffer along with her. I could go all day to just talk about things I hate about her.

Just for those who don't know or don't realize, this power up is not an asspull. From TV Tropes: "An Ass Pull is a moment when the writers pull a narrative development out of thin air in a less-than-graceful fashion. This development violates the Law of Conservation of Detail by dropping a plot-critical detail without Foreshadowing or dropping a Chekhov's Gun earlier on." Here is the reason this is not as ass pull: Hollow Ichigo/*White* Ichigo, told Ichigo that he would take over if he ever dropped his guard. _Foreshadowing_ (Explaining why this form popped up when Ichigo "died") On top of that everytime Ichigo tapped into his Hollow form he brought that forms power more and more to the surface (his mask periodically changed as he was getting stronger, and then yet again after this form appeared.)

Further spoilers. Well knowing what we know when hollow Ichigo/White said he was Zangetsu, he was telling the truth. Also notice in this fight the sword flew to his hand with no effort as if linked to it. That's because Ichigo's sword spirit/hollow are one and the same. So when Ichigo hollowfied during this fight it was Zangetsu coming to the forefront.

false, they never said he was a vasto lorde and it is impossible for him to be vasto lorde, in fact fans gave him that name. The official term for this form is full hollow ichigo. It isnt possible for ichigo to be vasto lorde because he has never went through the process of hollow > menos grande > adjuchas > vasto lorde.

The full reason why Ulquiorra determined that it was Sonido was because it went past his Pesquisa. Sonido can supress the user's reiatsu throughout its duration.
