This got to be the hardest hitless fight of the game. The fact that you need to pogo Mato's Cyclone Slash says it all. It took me soooo long to defeat it with Charm Binding... Others all you need is to damage race them (Heart + Shaman Stone + Stalwart Shell + Grubsong + Grubfly's Elegy for Mask and Nail Bindings as well as Stalwart Shell + Quickslash + Mark of Pride + Strength for Soul Binding). Usually I'm against Quickslash and Longnail / Mark of Pride together, because bosses that allow you to attack more than once in a time window won't punish you for getting close most of the times, while others simply cannot be attacked too much (NKG for example), in which case Mark of Pride or Longnail ALONE are the best options, BUT damage racing Oro and Mato with Soul Binding is one of the rare occasions where they shine together.

Just beat this radiant, and yeah. You said it, hardest hitless fight I've done so far. The AI makes it pretty clear this is not intended to be a hitless boss. There are so many things that they do that are pretty much impossible not to get hit by if they both decide to fuck you at once. You really need flawless execution and good rng to beat this hitless. One of my favorite bosses on ascended, shitty shitty shitty boss on radiant

You don't necessarily have to pogo the cyclone attack. The way I did it, when Mato was charging his attack, I went as close to the wall at possible where his attack doesn't reach and just walked out of the hitzone of the falling attack. The hard part is getting out of the space between them safely, because their moves can be unpredictable. I think both Sly and Sheo were easier to beat hitless than Oro and Mato.

Im trying to beat the first pantheon with all bindings at the moment. Always die in thise bosses. Cant quite understand their patterns they seem too unpredictible.

One attacks with their jump slash or double slash while the other hangs back unless you get close then they alternate. After a few attacks one does a nail art while the other blocks (and makes a counterattack if you attack them).

If you wait in the corner until they attack one by one with only one bar of soul and old nail it just takes FOREVER. I decided to leave it for a bit and now trying to beat the nailmaster sheo fight which is also extremely hard. Everything in hollow knight was starting to feel too easy until this update happen. They went insane with this one.

You're attempting it with all the bindings though. You can get the rewards doing them one at a time (or two or three). With all bindings it's supposed to be crazy difficult.

I do wonder what will happen if i do it. Anything special? I dont want to look it up to not get spoiled. It exsists for people to do it right, it isnt there for no reason. This is my favorite game of all time so i have to beat every challange that there is lol. The problem is i wonder why they decided to put new content behind an entire boss rush. You pretty much have to do a boss rush twice to beat it because first time you die to one of the ending bosses and then practice it and come back.

Ah, usually I'd put it in the description or show it at the end of the video, but I guess with these older videos I didn't do that. I'm guessing Unbreakable Strength and Mark of Pride at least but not sure if Quick Slash would have been used.

No problem, good luck! As well, charms like shaman stone work pretty well as when they jump back you can shade soul and hit both of them (and if timed correctly it can double or triple hit the one jumping back).

Well, for clearing the pantheons it's just attuned difficulty (with some bosses using their ascended arena), so unless you're there for the challenge of a radiant clear it's just focusing on getting relatively consistent with the bosses. Hopefully everything comes together in finding what works best for you to win.

Nail only would mean that the only source of damage is from the nail. Charms are generally used with that otherwise the title or description would also include that restriction.

It took me 4 hours to beat Oro and Mato radiant but only 1 hour and a half to beat Markoth radiant. I absolutely hate this fight. It is so janky and unpredictable, and on 90 percent of the runs you will die because they will do combos that are literally impossible to dodge (like when you shadow dodge into one to dodge the double slash attack and they both to the same attack into you as soon as you get off your invincible frames). Actually hate these guys

It is predictable, actually. They 90% of time attack separately, while over one just chilling in the corner. You can dodge one of the brothers attack and slash other one-he won't try to counter you until first brother stops his attack.

Unpopular opinion, but I find this one of the most unfair bossfights in the game. I hate to play against multiple bosses at the same time. Thats why I hate the watcher knights with every cell of my body. The mantis lords dont really count because there is only one boss on the screen at any given time and they dont attack simultaneously. But these two… literally impossible to not get hit sometimes. Thats why I hate this boss, because its so inconsistent. Sometimes you get lucky and they dont attack simultaneously all the time and the next minute they completely destroy you by giving you no chance to avoid them. 3/10, do not enjoy

They only attack simultaneously if you're between them or if you hit one of them when they're parrying. Otherwise it's a dive slash or run and double slash until they do a nail art. The non-nail arts use your current position for where they'll attack, so if you move slightly forward as one retreats you can keep from getting cornered (Dash slash will push you to the wall if you stay on that side but you can slowly gain ground). If you have to go through the center you can DD as they both begin an attack and opt for the side you prefer. It took a while before I got the hang of them. As well, using shade soul with shaman stone as they retreat often double hits (and will hit the other) for a hefty amount of damage.

Good luck! Don't forget that if you're doing the mask binding by itself (or at least without the charm binding) you can use Fragile Heart, Lifeblood Heart, and/or Lifeblood Core to have more than four health.
