Foesnt the floor need to expand and contract? What a fix a floor product?

it does thats why i used a flexible filler

I'd be inclined to use resin for this job as it dries very hard very quickly - the stuff that comes in cartridges that fit in a sealant gun and is delivered via a nozzle with a spiral in it that mixes the two parts

the problem with that is you dont want it to glue solid or your boards will warp in change in temperature you need flexible filler or something similer
