I would say that the amount of reused bosses in this game is surprisingly small, given how massive it is.

Yo hollow, since you got a lot of health now I would suggest looking for more sacred tears being at +4 reinforcement isn't good at how far you are in the game, it makes you waste more flasks to be at nearly/full health. I would say try to get it to +10 reinforcement since at that level it would nearly refill your health to the max :)

just a heads up incase you didn't knew, you can activate an equiped great rune's power by using a rune arc in your inventory, every great rune does boosts different stats and stuff, the boost stays on until you die.

I use alternate weapons against certain enemies. For example, ranged attacks (maybe a bow or staff...) against creatures that are up in the air or off the ground (walls, ceilings) . Then back to Melee attacks once they are within that range. No use to anyone swinging at air while monsters repeatedly attack from afar.

I didn’t read anything my first play through but he seems to have been bothered by not winning every fight and decided to make himself as op as possible to balance it out. As a viewer, I would have found it more interesting to see how he deals with enemies organically than smashing everything with maxed out moonveil and +10 mimic.

I'm sure someone else would have said this. But you were right you can kill the merchants and its actually not a bad thing. When you kill them they will drop a "merchant bell bearing" similar to the "smithing stone bell bearings" you already have and you can give it to the twins at round table and purchase all the items from every merchant at that one location.
