One of my favorite videos from early CMT. Can't see it enough. Purest voice you'll ever hear.

Absolutely adored her. She was one of the leading lights of music's last collective gasp of consequence, aka country's so-called New Traditionalist movement. She is greatly, greatly missed.

Just saying the last "oh yeah" in that song always gives me goosebumps.

That video was shot at my house in 1986. My doggie, Snoopy, just wandered into the scene and looked at her like, "What's wrong?" He made it on HBO before any of the rest of us did LOL.

Boy, haven't seen this in a very long time. Thanks much for this upload. Was so in love with Holly and then she got totally screwed over by the industry. Then I fell deeply in love with Lari White and she got screwed over by the industry virtually in the same way. Both over lame Video controversies. I thought what the hell is going on here? This can't happen all over again! And both passed away recently just two years apart. Neither got anywhere near the recognition they justly deserved. Both should have and could have been Mega Stars. Nobody was any better looking than those two were or had better voices. Awesome song writers too.

This is what country is suppose to be. Today's music is no where near the same.

Holly is the sole credited writer of this sadly forgotten song. I sure wish that she had allot more Music Videos. Can't find a single solitary Music video other then "Strangers Again" from the MTM "Conerstone" and "Across The Rio Grande" or the Warner Brothers "Blue Rose Of Texas" albums. I think there was a live performance video that ran for "There Goes My Heart Again" on CMT and TNN, but I can't find that either. All of her album's were more than good enough to have produced Mult-Platinum sales with more videos, additional singles and better promotion. So many great songs were never released.

@patsaxon If i understand right Holly got sick of the music politics of the nashville politics thats why she got out. You can tell Holly was all about her music vs the jiunk comin out nowdays calling themselves country. I miss Holly also, Music City sure messed up when they screwed her over, major talent here
