You should definitely try the curly girl method in a video. I would suggest try to do the basic steps. Use a sulfate-free shampoo, use a non-washing cream or serum type of product and dry your hair with a cotton towel or just a basic tshirt. I think you might want to use a heat diffuser head for the hair dryer. Voila!

Hey holly! For your hayfever I would highly recommend haymax balm. It unfortunately isn’t vegan I don’t think but a great drug free alternative and that pot will last you for agesss. It has worked wonders for me and I was someone who had to take antihistamine tablets every day or else I would be the exact same as you and I was also really sensitive to all fragrance and dogs but it has really cleared me up! Hope it’s of some help or maybe you can find a similar vegan product ☺️x
