hey guys!! i hope you're enjoying vlogmas so far 😉 just an update with this video (and because the people pleaser in me wanted to clear things up, when really it isn't that much of a big deal): i have changed the title and thumbnail of the video, and i apologise if i should not have included me booking the flight in this vlog entirely (because i am not ready to share the full details just until i have some other things confirmed). i haven't been silent about it entirely, and you now know things are changing next year, but this is the biggest thing i'll share about it until 2023 officially! i also just thought i'd share it in this episode of vlogmas to create some excitement and keep my videos each day a bit of fun?! but as i said, i apologise if things came across the wrong way and i do always appreciate your feedback on my videos!!

hmm I had not even seen most of the stretching exercises included in this video let alone experience them...I could tell my pilates instructor about them...and see what she thinks, they are too advanced for me most likely but there are always some exercises that help you build up the strength or flexibility needed so it happens gradually...all the best for your future plans...should we start trying to guess???

The great white chocolate disaster! :( My mum bought me a wooden advent calendar: it's in the shape of a house and has drawers to put treats in. I wanted one of each of the Aldi vegan chocolate bars but they didn't have white and it's my favourite! So I only used dark and classic and each day kinda tastes the same. ALSO your mum digging herself into a deeper hole about your hair hahah
