How to power the receiver and the transmitter with power bank? How much power does it need? How long do they last? Which external battery do they require and support? Can I use the Panasonic x2 battery maybe with an adapter from Sony battery? Thank you

5V/2A. It is not recommended to use a power bank because the current decreases as the voltage drops after using the power bank. We only recommend NPF batteries for use. You can use V/G mount batteries and then convert D-Tap to DC for power supply. This way, the usage time will be extended.

Hello, perhaps you could help me with a problem. The transmitter always times to the "NO VIDEO". The HDMI connection of the camera is OK and sends the signal. The HDMI cable has been replaced and still no signal is emitted from the transmitter. What else could I do?

I have 3 of these and they work really nicely! One thing I haven't tried but want to ask about, the SDI loop out on the Tx unit, will that only output from the SDI in, or can it also be used to output the HDMI in signal? Would really appreciate if anyone has tried this.

I believe it’s passthrough HDMI In to SDI Out, very handy to go through the transmitter and Out via SDI to an external monitor on your camera, less latency! 🔥 tho to be confirmed!

​@@SCRCast It looks more like a black screen caused by interference. Does the screen display the Hollyland logo and prompt for linking? You can try scanning and switching to a frequency channel with less interference. The frequency channel between two sets of devices should be set at least 2 channels apart In addition, the antenna should be installed vertically, with the RX at least 1.7 meters above the ground and ensure that there are no obstacles between each set of RX and TX

what's the difference between the 2 types antennas that are supplied with the kit? and what would be the best config to mount the receiver. does it matter if u hang the receiver upside down?

Triumph Antenna(2.5dBi) Cylindrical Antenna(2dBi) Mushroom Antenna(5dBi) Lollipop Antenna(2.5 dBi) Soft Antenna(4 dBi Antenna) Those antennas have different gains and different transmission directions. It's worth noting that the mushroom is an omnidirectional circularly-polarized antenna. It fits the application scenarios where there is a noticeable difference in height between the transmitter and receiver. For the 2nd question, it actually depends on what antennas you use. It matters if you use triumph, mushroom, capsule, and lollipop antennas, while it doesn't matter when using soft and cylindrical antennas as long as the RX is set high enough. I own the device, but there is a noticable lag between the video and the audio. The video comes first and the audio follows is with a delay which is weird. Normally audio travels faster.

How much was the delay in your case? While the system can reach as low as 40ms, in some cases it does get a bigger lag.
