At the end of the episode (for anyone who missed it) after going back to the flat to a worried Sienna Nico gives birth to a girl and as her mum goes to get blankets she hears Nico say "It's time for us to write our own fairytale now, and to start that we have to kill the evil dragon Pez.." and then laughs.
