How I see it is that they are not trying to redeem him and justify his manipulation and actions at all everyone still hates him for what he has done. They are just showing that abuse in families is not as simply as being clear cut of disowning them, going to court and sending them to prison which he rightfully deserves and I hope he gets. But the many dilemmas that some families in reality face when something happens to the abuser/family member in particular experiences like severe illness and how hard it is for them to make choices on how to deal with it as there still is a biological bond there and some kind of love even if small. I’m glad they are looking at different ways it affects the family overall, even though like everyone else it is Extremely frustrating having to wait for Frankie to get justice and for him to get what he deserves in terms of punishment and admit to what he has done !!.

Thank you for saying this, it's the same as I think. When the abuser is a family member, things are much more complex to resolve and for the victim to get justice. No one is trying to redeem or make us feel sorry for JJ, they're just showing the complexity and struggle that actually happens in real life.

Oh my OA I don’t understand how is did the last bone marrow biopsy not kick this into touch for JJ “Devereuax 😂” and I still don’t understand how he possibly could’ve gotten this leukemia in the first place as well I don’t know if it’s contagious or if anyone else in the Osborne Family ever had chemo before or anything? I’m not saying that what JJ did was wrong or anything and I’m not showing sympathy for him either I swear but I do think he should get the bone marrow from Frankie however I read that it said that Darren is a match and she even also will give him the bone marrow if he tells her why he assaulted her in the first place. my guess is that their Mother didn’t pay much attention to her and he didn’t have very many Friends and he wanted Frankie to be there for him but he then got all jealous and was afraid of losing her or something (just a guess). Also I’m glad to see Mercedes was there with JJ I really didn’t think she’d have screen time with him I do actually wish she would’ve given him some advice and try to have him realize to own up to what he’s done and she also would’ve mentioned her mistakes (not just her affairs but other things too) still it was nice to see two characters who are dying (even though they’re with different types of cancer still cancer’s cancer). I know what all of you are thinking “JJ deserves this”, “Frankie should let him die”, “JJ’s better off in the ground” blah blah blah but know this she won’t get justice if he dies it won’t do her any good I do hope Frankie will be his transplanter and JJ will face up to court and get locked up. 🥺

Normally, you either hate or love someone. If I feel sorry for the dude, then I remember how twisted he is. If I feel like " Yeah, serves you right JJ", I feel like a terrible person. Idk if she will give him her marrow. I wouldn’t fault her if she did or didn’t. I don’t like how it’s now up to her but, I honestly think they should explore other options than the bone marrow. I hate more that Mercedes has to get her chemo drugs from the streets. Even if Grace gets them, it still worries me because how do we really know they are legit? There’s a shortage of it everywhere but these dealers might have it ? Like wtf ? Why do they have it in the first place especially since there’s a shortage? Also, how much and what if they aren’t the exact formula and something happens? I’m more nervous for her. I am glad though that they are allowing her to tell this story. You hardly hear about this type of cancer let alone have a soap do a story on it. Finally, something substantial for Jennifer. I got tired of the same old dumb mess they had her repeatedly doing.
