Interesting video. One small detail. Hot Rod Haven is St. Anthony Church Road not Mitchell Hill Road. The ghost story of Mitchell Hill Road is true & it is a dangerous road and many people have been killed there, but ask a local about Hot Rod Haven and they will direct you to St. Anthony Church Road & the St. Anthony Cemetery at the top of the hill that road climbs.

Thank you Holly.. I was born in Louisville, grew up in Ky my whole life until 18 years ago.. I know where all of these are, have stayed at the Jailers Inn, have heard those phantom footsteps and sleepy hollow road, the bridge is terrifying and yes, you can hear screams, very plain.. and the hillbilly beast, I have not personally seen him but my aunt has.. there are a few other places also, there is a place at the end of St. Johns road called the gates of hell ((Kasey Cemetery)) and legend has it that there is an evil spirit that was summoned by a satanic cult and that this evil spirits keep all of the spirits of the children trapped there and it is also said that if you do not leave a gift for the children ((toy, coin, etc)) that when you go to leave your car won't start.. I have been there and there is a very heavy, dead silence over the whole place..very eerie... And then there is Bethlehem Academy, this site was once a convent, a hotel and a restaurant.. Rumors say ghostly nuns haunt the place, along with those who were murdered on the grounds long ago. The spirits make themselves known by turning the lights on and off, moving chairs and other objects after closing time.. and once again, thank you for the awesome explores.. Stay safe..

I grew up on ST. John rd just a few miles before the old Kasey cemetery. “Gates of Hell.” My step grandparents are buried there. I spent a lot of time out there during the summer weedeating around the stones. Spent a lot of time out there at night too. While it is a fact that devil worshipers go out there a lot, I’ve yet to experience anything paranormal.

On Cody road Bridge in Independence there is a woman that died on the train tracks and sometime you will see a very old worn out cop car with no cops in sight and it was probably 2 am I was on a paper route with my stepdad I saw the cop car and heard a train but there was no train in sight we turned around after delivering a paper all in like 5 minutes we came back and cop car was gone and the train sounds was gone too

I saved this because I like to listen when I climb into bed with my ear buds on. I will and often save a few of these to listen to when I'm cleaning the house. Lived in Louisville for 23 years and knew of most of these, except Sleepy Hollow Rd and live less than a mile from the road. Never had a reason to Sleepy Hollow Rd, so didn't know about it. Surprised that Waverly Hills Sanatorium didn't make it on this list, it's probably the most well know urban legend/haunted location in Louisville and Kentucky. That or Bobby Mackey's Music World up near Cincinnati in Wilder, KY, though I hear it is being demolished, if it hasn't already.

We also have a legend or three Legends in Logan County Kentucky. We have a 5 Mile Stretch. Which is between Russellville and adorable Kentucky. And the early 1900 the Five Mile Stretch was a railroad track. There was a derailing of a train. And they say you can go out there on Five Mile Stretch turn your car off sit on the hood of your car. Wait till midnight then you will see a single light coming towards you you are also here the blowing of the train whistle. And as the like protists you the light disappears and then the next thing you know you can actually see the people on the train and as you're turning around you can also see the train derail. There is also an urban legend in Russellville Kentucky of the Sextons house. Legend has it vet on a rainy night and lightning strikes you are able to see a young lady in the window. The Story Goes that she was going to a barn dance and it was raining thundering and lightning and she really wanted to go. And she cursed God. Lightning came through the window struck through the heart. And now everytime it rains Thunders and Lightnings you can see her in the window they have change the window and now it is boarded up because you can still see her in the window.

The Allendale tunnel in Elsmere (Florence), KY had the same exact stories surrounding it as this "nada" tunnel you mentioned. Not the stories about it's construction, but mainly that a person hung themselves from the hook at the top of the entrance. 🤔 I've noticed that a lot of these urban legends are the same from state to state. I.e. A lot of small towns have the "family murder" house with a story about a whole family being slain by the father.

I am a native Kentuckian here. The kasey cemetery at the end of saint johns road in etown is no joke my and some friends took a trip over there with some ghost hunting equipment. By the time we were on saint johns road it was raining. By the time we got to the cemetery it had stopped raining and was starting to get late and this was about 5:30 in the afternoon almost at the beginning of summer. Right hefore the sun went down as it stopped raining me and my friends had seen the tree in the middle of the cemetery with leaves underneath of it start spiraling upwards towards the tree, we also seen a flowting unexplained orb over one of the graves on the rightside float to the tree, we also aptured an EVP that said "No I didn't". And they say if you walk passed the open area behind the cemetery passed the loose barbed wired fence that there is an old abandoned cemetery down in the holler that had occultist activity a long time ago, its also said that the land behind the cemetery is a native American burial ground. And we walked through the open area passed the cemetery and ALL HELL broke loose. Me and a friend from the group went with radios down the hill and we were probably 50 feet down the hill and we lost all communication on the radios and the others out of our group were shining flashlights down the hill and we couldn't see the flashlights at all. Not to mention they were yelling fir us and we couldn't here them either. So something about that area is absolutely supernatural. And by then time we got back we had captured an EVP while we was down the hill that said "I AM EVIL". We didnt notice we captured the EVP until we got in the car and dine a review. A day latter after the cemetery. We were all at my friend's house and everyone was outside the only person in the house was my friend's grandmother and there was probably 7 or 8 of us outside and one of our friends was burning sage through out the house and there was no wind that day not even a window open in the houae and all we here is the front door to the house open and close shut and about 5 minutes later our friend walked out of the house after saging the entire house and we asked if had come outside earlier and he said no. So whatever came home with us that day before left us after the whole house and everyone was saged. Whatever spirit it was mustve not liked sage to just walk out the front door of the house like that.

I used to visit sleepy hollow as a kid. They would say that if you started driving from one end of the road, by the time you got to the other end of the road the occultists and witches that lived in the area would have drained all your energy and you would be incredibly tired for the next day or so. Sadly, this place is not what it once was thanks to all the development that has gone into the area. The Legends still remain and they may indeed be true but thanks to civilization moving in, it's definitely lost some of its creepy luster.

Supposedly they've found a Bermuda triangle like area in Maysville KY. The story of Maysville's Bermuda Triangle began around 1992 when a barge sank near the Kentucky shoreline in West Maysville Kentucky. A subsequent salvage operation in 1994 tried to raise the sunken barge with two Navy minesweepers. The minesweepers were the next victim as they became stuck in the mud. A towboat trying to free the minesweepers also fell victim when damage to its engines rendered it crippled. Next came a salvage barge named The Hercules. The Maysville Bermuda Triangle made short work of it as well. While hoisting the original barge, the crane aboard The Hercules broke as the barge reached the surface, and down it sank again. Then The Hercules itself sank, coming to rest on top of the barge it was supposed to save. Eventually the minesweepers and the towboat sank as well. The entire salvage operation nick-named John Beatty's Navy, after its owner, fell victim to what an Army Corps of Engineers spokesperson would later call, "The Bermuda Triangle of the Ohio River".

What a bad video. The Witches tree depicted is NOT the witches tree. I don’t think the that tree in the picture is even in Louisville. As the narrator said the real tree is a maple. The tree in the picture is clearly not a maple. The Iroquois Park scenes shown were not of Iroquois Park but, some other area. I stopped watching this silly video after that. Also, please learn to pronounce some of the words properly mentioned. You can’t pretend to have knowledge of a subject when you do so little research.
