I've lost 30 pounds over the past four months with a proper diet and exercise. I feel fantastic. I still have 50 more pounds to go.

I don't eat wheat flour sugar and cut out artificial sweeteners..Honestly it's changes my life. I have been obese and I hated itt. My joints hurt, I was breathless, felt mentally depressed, I was fatigued all the the time. Obesity should not be glamorized. It's miserable.
