This software does not work on the new Catalina 10.15.7. It crashes constantly without opening.

Hi, we troubleshooted this via email. For others, 25% of our users are still on Catalina, and it's fully supported. User ended up installing an older operating system, making further troubleshooting difficult. But it was the only report ever of problems on Catalina, so the next step was to investigate what was unique about his particular machine.
