I like it when they drone on. It's natural and very interesting to listen to them talk about their modus operandi and their experiences, completely unfiltered. No BS. Watch last year's Oscar roundtable, and see if you're not completely transfixed on every story that Jeff Bridges tells. That's a 40-year veteran schooling the youngsters and it's amazing until Galloway throws a wet blanket on everything.

part1 part2 There's something called editing. Sometimes it's more interesting to see where the conversations go organically. Galloway is a good journalist. He has angles and qns prepared - that's helpful in crafting a piece because he'll cut through the bullshit. On a panel I prefer a moderator that is both prepared but also willing to go with the flow of conversations. It makes for a more enjoyable discussion IMO.

Great round table Inspiring every moment on many levels From the room to the conversation Insightful and honest Thankfully our culture is learning Black Lives Matter you gotta take the job I'm an artist. Im 52 Three children My wife is a painter If someone were to say; I want a sculpture of squirrel eating a blue jay I'm going to say no. Yet if that someone said I'll give you 20,000 dollars, then I'm going to do my best. I'll find a way to feel proud of the finished piece. Bringing my best Not fair to think of another persons life like our own. Cheers would exist if Ted Danson was born Black. He makes the show. The cast Is amazing all of them. Yet it's Ted Danson that made Cheers Inspiring people on many levels every year with his best work yet to come Wouldn't you agree? That thankfully times are changing yet we are far away from a future totally different than it is today? Thankfully we are getting there One day Television is going to reflect all our lives. One day the screen plays will be smart enough Not stereotyping No racism or bigotry Transgender people are the heroes of Humanity One day it's not going to be as it is today. One day people will really be just people in all our eyes as we are to ourselves. Everyone unique yet also.. Proof is the songs of the ocean standing before it lifting our chins to the stars above The feeling Like a grain of sand only smaller Then sometimes, most times walking Moonlit ocean washing over our toes Our tracks disapeering fading fast into the future infinite our hearts our souls Changing the landscape Marriage Equality is Proof Huge steps Anyway I've been surfing and I've fallen on these words I'm loving the round tables Loving them Been chasing Dark and Light
