As a black mother of a gay teenage black daughter who lives in florida and is working 2 jobs. I totally agree with TS Madison. I love Jess as well. This is all a distraction, smoke in mirrors. We need to come together knowledge is power. We have bigger problems. Jason I would love to see TS and Jess and Claudia Jordan have a conversation. It’s all love ❤

I hate that the culture is so easily offended these days. Jess was very specifically speaking to “delusional trans women.” We’ve heard several trans women speak out and say they love women and don’t agree with the whole “owning periods” statement. Anybody who feels that trans lady didn’t sound delusional is delusional. Let’s just be real! Maddie is loved and respected because she is real and has always been true to her authentic self, as many beloved trans women are! How can anybody have a problem with that?! Love and let love. If delusional seek help. Period. ❤

thank you for reconsidering your thoughts on this topic. thank you so much!!!! the media likes to distort our voices and take the most sensational clips and soundbites and make it seem like all trans women are crazy and like we're conspiring to replace other women. No two trans people are the same, just like how no two black people are the same. We're individuals who just want basic respect and understanding. None of us are perfect, we're human. But the great majority of trans women want to be aligned with other women. We have many of the same enemies. We want to be on the same side. Maybe the language and terms are confusing sometimes, but we come from a place of just wanting to educate, and of course it's an adjustment trying to expand your thinking. You don't have to agree with everything, but just don't turn on us. We love y'all, we're stronger and better together. Men are the ones with all the power, threatening everybody's rights.

Girls can be whole lesbians for a decade and end up with a man and still be straight, but if a straight man likes TS Madison’s tits suddenly he’s no longer straight!? That ain’t right! We need to allow men to be more open with themselves and experiment just as we allow women to! ❤

That was a very good interview!! Maddie is very well spoken. Jason Lee is a very good interviewer and he knows just the right words to ask her It was a serious interview and I like the fact on how they talked about the election. That’s the important part besides black women getting along with trans women I would like to see more of the Political views and Conversations like this coming from our bloggers on KZbin versus always gossiping. It was refreshing to see their take and their views well done!!

With all due respect… Heck yeah Jess feels attacked. Just like the trans community has an opinion, why can’t natural born women have an opinion. And yes, there is something mentally wrong with trans women who believe they can speak on what it feels like to be a natural born woman (which is what Jess saw in the clip she responded to). With that being said, I respect trans women and agree all people can be who they want to be, but can female women just be women?

I don't like being called CIS. I looked up the word and it didn't become a word in the dictionary until 2015. I was born mid 1900's so that wasn't in the dictionary nor a word used to refer to women. I guess trans women used that term just like they use Fish. Looking up when this began looks like 1994 which I was born long before then. I think because of Trans women we've been given a name instead of simply being referred to as female/woman as I remember.

About the cis word, y’all - if we respect how the LGBTQ+ wants to be referred to, the least is to reciprocate. You do not get women that cis is an irrelevant issue. No. I was born a woman, and I don’t want to be called cis. I respect trans women. Respecting myself is not disrespecting you. Thank you 🙏🏽

Can we truly stop with the cap & word games? Woman has always been defined as an adult female, & female is biological. It’s only in very recent times, that there’s been this effort to redefine words, & separate sex from gender. If you separate sex from gender, then how would you define what is a man, woman, boy, or girl?

We as people no matter if you are black, Asian, Mexican or any nationality. We have the right to live, have good paying jobs, nice homes, car's and want better for our kids. We should be protected from all forms of harm. Only God can judge us. Be blessed 🙏💪💯👑

Loved this. I'm a cis gendered woman (who knows the difference between sex and gender) and have been misgendered due to my height and skin tone since I was a teen. This conversion is a reminder to do our work not to want to stay in "times when" cause then we sound like the very people who made us ascribe to binaries in the first place. It's important to do our research on gender identity pre colonization. Our evolution depend on it.

It's sad that the media has made dark skin a masculine characteristic, and that the Black community has bought into that. Dark skinned trans women are celebrated more than dark skinned women because not matter what, in this society, what men deem is beauty still wins--

I'm the "G" in the LGBTQ community who is like "Come on 'T's', We are complicated enough...let's not make this MORE difficult for the straight folk!" 😅 ...but in all honesty, it's mainly the older people...because these Gen-Zers don't see what the big deal is. I just think the change is happening now and people are not comfortable with it. But Madison laid it out CLEARLY -- We are NOT each other's enemies. ✌🏾+💜
