Her art is beautiful and belongs in the greatest art galleries in the world. The Smithsonian the Louvre whatever London's equivalent is. But lets not forget the fully history yet. There were ships full of Jews trying to escape Germany in the 1930s, just like the one Trudie came in on and WE turned them down. So did E gland and France and probably Canada as well. They ended up back in Germany. Antisemitism was universal at that time, the Germans just took it to the worst degree. And Free Palestine while we are at it.

I was wondering her great works became famous partly because she went through the severe experiences. I guess her fantasitic ability can get better known even without the war, but I have kinda mixed feelings...
