Well, this is just priceless. Rupert, as everyone commented is patience itself. At the same time I very much admire the honesty and courage of this guy. Ho vocalizes what some may be too timid to say. Like undoing a combination lock Rupert directs the thinning out of the investigation until there is nothing left. Absolutely priceless! Thank you Alan!

Thanks for uploading, Alan. The more you feel yourself to be a seperate self, the more you'll have trouble accepting this. Rupert is saying that your entire experience of life is "literally" like a hologram---nothing solid, nothing concrete---a very "hollow" thing. I believe that is really hard to accept for a seperate self and you can sense that in the seeker. I ultimately feel intuitively (not as a 100% experience as of now) that Rupert is right. However, the more acquainted and the more gradually my thoughts/feelings arise in accord with this understanding, the less I seem to be interested in life. I am more at peace, but I also am overall less motivated to do things in life because everything appears more and more dreamlike, unreal --> like a hologram.

Nice Markus. When we relax without looking at the body, we know it as a vibration only. I found that the more I did that, it replaced my belief in a material body effortlessly. It sounds as though you are experiencing this also? 🙏

@@alanneachell9092 To be honest, I'm not 100% clear as of the exact mechanisms of my change. I frequently listen to Rupert online and also read stuff from Maharshi and they point pretty much to the same truth. The more that sinks in in my understanding, the less things seem to stress me or get me riled up. I mean, if you start to believe more and more that this life experience is hollow like a hologram, that only consciousness is (and you are that), and nothing ever really happens to consciousness and that life is pretty much just a play of consciousness, then what is there to get stressed about? On the flip side it also makes life less "juicy" for me. I notice for example that I do not have the same motivation to do things in life, because after all everything has that "hollow" quality in it. @ Alan: At the moment, I do some Vipassana meditation every morning (for 30-60minutes) but other than I really do not do much in terms of methods or techniques. I would like to know if there is any way to remain motivated and juicy about life while further growing this understanding (because I ultimately think that it is the truth).
@alanneachell9092

I would say your intention and practice will guide you. I like to notice that each piece of the hologram contains the whole. I see it more as a vibration which is nearer to the direct experience. I experience the five senses as vibration only (we have to check this out in experience). When we see this and it's obvious that the vibration is myself, then the vibrancy and joy of life is an inevitable outcome of that. If you want to chat more you can find me on Facebook.

@@markusbieler5384 That is why Rupert says to pursue out of desire to express and celebrate your innate happiness and not to seek it. So if you are finding less motivation, it may be because you have all your life motivated out of deficiency and trying to obtain happiness from doing and getting, vs expressing and celebrating your existing happiness. It may be necessary to transition out of that habit of seeking due to lack and into seeking due to celebration. I know this is something I will be doing. I think you’ve gotten the understanding, and now you just have to change the motivation. But of course, the first is to know the consciousness of who you are and the happiness you are.

His last senteces reminded me of an idea which haunted me when i was a kid. Every so often i would get a feeling that i might just snap out of it at any moment and find myself in another environment realizing i was hooked up to a machine. Something like the matrix thing. It was more than 30y ago and that still hasnt happened yet why that feeling almost vanished. But it's there... why i keep trying to understand it. I snap out of this personal trip that i'm on... it's the weirdest feeling ever...

Collapsing the subject-object distinction. "The veiling [of the open space of awareness,] happens when this space vibrates within itself and colours itself with its own activity just like this space of a hologram. A hologram appears in an empty space and seems to condition and as a result limit that space. So be open to the possibility that your entire experience is like a hologram not in physical space but in the knowing space of consciousness. After all that is actually what you are experiencing."

First! This man is probably the only soul that is actually explaining what is really happening here. In order for anyone to understand what he is saying, which is beyond the axiomatic, beyond thoughts, emotions and conditions, 3 things that aren’t really us, then, you are repeating this life experience here again. It will never end. Only souls that are at a spiritual level of operations here, will understand what he is saying. His audience is always lost because they cannot help to rationalize what he is saying. When all u have to do is accept the possibilities of his message to exist, that all. They can’t even do that. It’s like watching kids at diaper levels of consciousness try to understand a message coming from an emissary that has trillions of years of experience. Intelligence is the biggest lie there is out there together with death. We! R the Gods!!! Period!!! When is this finally going to b understood! Right! When u stop thinking for once! Being between thoughts is a lot more precise than actually immediately interacting with them or responding through them like the idiots we have been! This man is right about everything! Every goddamn thing!!!!

@alanneachell9092
@alanneachell9092 4 жыл бұрын
No, he is saying that the character in the movie, thinks he controls the movie. It's just a thought, the character is not aware, only awareness is aware.

Alan Neachell My character in the movie does not think he has control at all. Why is it assumed that “people” think they control life? Most seen quite completely out of control!
@pedrogonzales9202
@pedrogonzales9202 3 жыл бұрын
Alan Neachell You say “the character is not aware” but are you “consciousness not playing the part of that character? When consciousness wakes up to itself it still has to relieve itself, eat, drink, create... right? Also, when you perceive the senses as vibration- do you not still see hands and feet? Or do you disappear? Your icon shows an invisible man. When you look in the mirror you still see what most would refer to a body, right? I assume you still have to brush your teeth! I heard Rupert, in passing, describe having had a knee operation. That indicates the recognition that he still has a body... or.... How do we talk about these things? It makes me think of Tony Parsons and Jim Newman having difficulty at the airline counter buying a ticket. “How many are flying today Mr. Parsons” “ Ah, nobody is flying.” “Well why are you here then?” “No one is here. There never was anyone here” And Mr. Newman, will you be flying today?”....

Thoughts appear in conscious. Consciousness is the screen in Rupert's analogy. So the screen is ever present but appearances ( the movie ) come and go. The brain appears in consciousness not the other way around.

If u believe what u see, u will repeat this same life experience again unaware of who u were before and also, u will b in a different era which will make it impossible for anyone to realize it including, u...now, if u rather see everything u r doing here from a being point of view rather than a human being’s, then u will activate absolute immortality. The first one is also immortality but, in a repeating way. In this one u will suffer for eternity but will never ever get to the veil that hides, the real world! See what u believe is the way here, seriously indicating that everything, I mean, everything here is backwards and on purpose also! We only truly evolve through an entropic level, where we as higher selves create a self and self image so we could temporarily forget what we used to b, limitless!!!!

@makaniistorm8664
@makaniistorm8664 5 жыл бұрын
Well when you look at the screen. You have to say there's not a separate object called an image. The only thing that is there is the screen. If the screen was self aware and is observing the movie, it would only be observing itself. In this metaphor, the screen is awareness. That's simply putting it.

this is excellent, Rupert's answers are not satisfactory because it doesn't make sense. if consciousness is empty then how does it manifest experience and everything in it, at least you need information to do that, and our consciousness evolves with us growing up from being a baby to becoming a man. His answers are not plausible. we are experiencing the knowledge of our experience that is true. but it stops there because we don't know what consciousness is and to talk about it like Rupert does is insane. it becomes arbitrary at this point because Rupert can't present evidence to his description of consciousness.

MC Experience and information are the same thing. This has to be looked at very directly and in present experience. It's impossible to prove that matter or an outside world exists. Science has not yet found this illusive dead, inert stuff called matter.

Empty in this regard is sheer knowing or luminosity without reference to any object. In meditation I have experienced this naked 'beingness' which is a non conceptual oneness. Awareness IS without the necessity of so called objective experience.

Mc, where do the information's in a dream come from? Do they refer to something real outside the dream? Or are they mere illusions spontaneous created in and through dream-consciousness? That what makes you think you are human is not human at all! The one you think you are is but a character in a dream. Find the one that is dreaming the dream and be free of it.😘
