This game had a bunch of good moments, I'll probably do some more compilations! Note: Tokino Sora played this game as well, but she could only stream for an hour, so she didn't reach the jump scare. Also, some of them didn't reach the part outside because they immediately went for a different ending.

This game is the Chilla's Art game that is, IMO, the most legitimately disturbing. Chilla's Art games are usually about the mundanity of life or a given task giving way to something unnatural and horrifying at some point, there's always a switch that gets flipped where the ordinary turns extraordinary. But this game stays grounded; it's not about ancient evils or restless ghosts or anything like that, it's just a crazy, obsessed stalker who goes to fanatical lengths to get at the player character as she just tries to go about her life. Its something that can and does happen with frightening frequency in the real world.

True. I see that Chilla's Art games have realism in them. At some point later on things turns supernatural but they still feel realistically horrifying. This Closing Shift doesn't focus on ghost/spiritual element but the horror of being stalked and targeted as the female main character. Really love how they make their games.
