She clearly didn't. You do realize they're generally using voices nothing like their normal one, right? And that one is definitely doing that so she wouldn't speak in her sleep like that. The others are reasonable but that one was blatantly fake. Especially when you consider that most sleep talking isn't actively speaking in their sleep either. If they're spoken to they might, but it's usually just noise not anything actually meaningful. She was just acting cutesy.

The sleeptalking part is at the very end, and then she ends the stream almost immediately, so it could be she's awake and acting like you said (well she's still tipsy as hell so I don't even know anymore...)
