Just got the 507K-GR from you and it's great on my Canik Mete. The closed emitter sights look fantastic! I especially like the carry. I might get one in the future when you have a great sale on them. Lol

thats great to know ... if you don't mind us asking how did you mount the 507K on your Mete? did you buy an adapter plate or file down the rear tabs?

@@freedomgorilla1 Why is there an adapter? The Mete comes with the plate although it is plastic I don't see any problem with using it. I also liked the fact the 507 mounted with the large screws that came with it. It was a nightmare mounting my Swampfox Justice to my Canik Elite with the plate I bought because neither the red dot or the plate came with the right screws and I couldn't find them anywhere. I'm glad the Holosun mounted right up.

@@kansasgardener5844 i looked at the plates we have and we don't have any, i'm sure someone probably makes adapter plates. i just asked because it's a common problem with most guns with an RMSc footprint mounting the K series .. due to the rear tabs.

I just got a PDP full size. I wanted the EPS. I have a 509t I got during COVID that I didn't need I just wanted to have an extra one. So now I tried to sell it on eBay for 350 free shipping and I couldn't sell it in over a week so I gave up. I'm just going to run the damn 5090 to eat even though it is a little higher. At least this made out of titanium.

Oh I see You're asking about open versus closed? Open optics are poor. I had a failure and it wasn't even raining hard. Guy on another KZbin comment was at a kiddie pool party and the kid super soaked him with a squirt gun and he couldn't use his optic at all. After he left the party he tested it out. Dumb. Don't understand why anybody makes open optics. You should be ridiculed for running them. If Garand Thumb would make a video about dunking them in water like he does with everything else everyone would swear them off because it takes a big influencer bc no one can think for themselves. People just run with the crowd. If they out jumped off a bridge they would jump off too. So until that day. We will keep having open optics. But people like "Mike" get money right from Trijicon. So he would never consider It. Lol. People who make poor choices like to defend their poor choices so anybody running open optics until they have it happen to themselves will say it's just fine even for just a range gun or whatever. It wasn't fine for a range gun in my case. I don't know why anybody runs these things. Lol
