right😂 truth is I personally don't need to buff my nails ever because they are already so porous and frequently "used" lol but the average person who doesn't paint their nails often may need to buff - and they could because their nail more likely has built up smooth layers, so they can "afford" to gently buff some off for the purposes of peelies sticking better! I painted my nails red and black for a rock concert and used the peely base for easy removal after. I used the tips in this video. It's already day 3 and the polish is still on! I will update about how long it lasted :) update: my manicure lasted 7 days with the peely base underneath. I washed my hair several times while vigorously using my hands and the manicure still stayed on!

I use peely base coat on top of a thin layer of gel on my natural nails (bake that sh*t for a minute). Then polish and quick dry top coat. I wait at least 2 hours or the next day and put gel on top. Strong and lasts 7-10 days depending on activity. And it peels off like bo big deal! Hope you're enjoying time to yourself Simply! If you never make another video that's fine. Take care of you. ❤

Adding the little coat around the end and under the nail has totally changed the length time that my manicures last. Also, I have to say this is the best nail polish I have ever used. It is super durable and strong, dries quickly so I don’t mess them up. I happen to be one of those people who wait forever to let it dry and they aren’t really dry, then I mess them up by hitting them on something or trying to do basically anything and bam a mess. The quality is incredible and makes my nails look like they are professionally done and I have had so many compliments on them! And I’ve had this polish on for 2 whole weeks with no chipping or peeling off! It’s so gorgeous and durable you can actually do things without your nail polish just breaking off. And the holo on top of anything is basically the best nail polish I have ever used, I feel fancy! Thank you so much for making this polish! Please if it is at all possible will you do more solid shades too? Like a one coat of every shade including the nudes or skin tones and light colors like white and pinks? Thank you again for all the tips and tricks they help so much!

For the not-painting-all-of-your-nail tip, I do the same thing, except instead of going right into nail polish, I paint a seche vite base coat to cover the whole nail. I'm someone who HAS to pop off the polish once the sides of it chip, so by using a peel off base coat in my nail center, I don't harm my nails when I get the desire to pop them off during chipping. Using a regular base coat before jumping right into nail polish also gives you a better chance to keep the peelie all in one piece (in my experience). I get the big refill bottle on amazon for the seche vite base and top coats, and they keep me well-stocked without hurting my wallet.

This is exactly what I needed! I have holo taco’s peely base coat and was finding it difficult because I was losing peelies left and right 😭 I didn’t think it had anything wrong to do with the formula or anything like that, I just assumed it was the product doing what the product was meant to do. I just thought it meant I should stick with the long lasting base coat because I paint my nails once a week and need them to last all week and would just use the peely base when I was experimenting with nail art. But now that I’ve seen this video I really wanna try it again and use the tips! I know I use nail oil daily to keep my nails hydrated and healthy cause I like them long but natural (no tips for me) so that could be a big reason my peelies just were not sticking around and I also was also using the base over the WHOLE nail. I started leaving a gap with my peely base and it works like a charm! You mentioned it at some point not long ago and I'm so glad because my nails were popping after 12 hours! Yay! I'm glad you made this video. I was looking for tips to keep the peely base on longer and I found only a few videos. I have tried buffing the shine off and then putting the peely base only in the center of the nail. The holo glitter polish lasted almost 2 weeks. Then I tried a different brand nail polish in a solid color, that only lasted 3 days. I'm happy to say Holo Taco is the best nail polish I've ever tried!

So I have pretty curved, long nails, and I currently have 15 layers of nail polish on (including peely base!). They've been on for over a week now! On my other hand (which is very short and uncurved) the peely only lasted a couple of hours 😅. I've found everything Cristine put in her video to be true, though I find it harder to get peelies off of my curved nails, but that might just be me. I really enjoy this product!

My nails peel at the ends I think from dryness/it’s winter, so I used isopropyl alcohol to dehydrate my nails last time I painted them and that worked too! Maybe a lil less drying than 100% acetone. Also I just started buying jojoba oil in a big bottle instead of nail oil pens and applying a layer under hand cream bc I NEEDED it. I know this video is over 2 years old but I finally found something I could wear when not at work since my work does not allow polish of any kind, acrylics, or gels since I work with drinks. I have so many events planned this year and I miss having nail polish or something on my nails. Its been 5 years since I have been to a nail salon T.T. I can not wait to try this out they are coming in this week.

I have unt. I put some regular base coat in the middle of the nail. It help stick even with long exposure to water. Mostly easy to take off too!💖💖
