From the 10055 callout, I'm fairly certain that at least the latter half of this had Biboo stuck in her drowned car and then waiting for staff-san to pull it out of the river (Ina provided that location to the police via Biboo after reviving her)

Fubuki's been upfront with the action-doctor manga Blackjack as her main inspiration for her character, and boy did it show through here cuz this was straight up an anime episode. The patient's psycho stalker falls for the doctor, switching her attentions to him. The doctor plays along, letting the villainess take him as a hostage as to protect his patient. He cleverly maintains secret contact with his officer friend trying to save him, while learning the stalker's tragic backstory on a faux-romantic drive. Finally, in the climax, the officer finds them and strikes! But the stalker is more than he can handle and gets the upper hand! But the distraction gives Dr. Fubuki an opening to restrain them and save the day! Finally, the stalker is taken into custody, badly injured. And the Doctor, despite everything, still saves her life. Absolute. Suinema.

The most common example in my head was the anime/light novel Overlord where “Sasuga Ainz-sama” was either said in the show a lot or people memed it a lot. Basically Ainz would unintentionally do something where his subordinates not knowing that would congratulate his genius. So saying “Sasuga Sui-chopath” is congratulating the brilliance of Suisei’s sociopath/psychopath behavior shown in the clip.

CINEMA. This event is an absolute GOLDMINE. This clip alone is content packed lmfao.
