What kind of doctor verbalizes during abdominal surgery that he is going to remove an appendix (not part of the surgery) so the insurance company will pay him? Is anybody listening now?

What a coincidence. My very first surgery included hernia repair, gallbladder removal, (which I reluctantly agreed to) and a surprise appendectomy that I didn't expect. After what I went through after this, I never never want to have surgery again. ☹️😧☹️

If a patient is charged by the minute in the operating room, do you give them credit for an entire hour they are under anesthesia waiting for the doctor to show up? I was in the OR and saw many things that weren't right! Are you listening now?

Why does a doctor of anesthesia leave the head of the operating table where he is supposed to be monitoring BP, heart rate, etc. to step off to the side to discuss his fantasy football team----in the meantime, the patient starts to move while the doctor is in the middle of the surgery?
