Wanna hear something that will make you throw up...........I had SD st laying the 19, I gave up on the game at the start of the 4th. I did that because it was the 2nd game ( noon start) of a TEN TEAM PARLAY that I put in for $10. ...........fast forward to 7pm et, because of that insane cover I now sit @ 8-0 on the parlay. I had LA Kings ml ( winner) and the over Buffalo sabres team total ( 2.5) .........I went to bed a dejected Man! Real talk, I also put in another $10 ten teamer yesterday that went 8-2 with the 2 losers being Temple ml ( up 2 @ht, outscored by 22 in 2nd) and yes once again Buffalo Sabres team total over 2.5.

One thing I realized while I was at Brookings watching the game was at 3:08 one of the holy cross players waved his hands. And for the entire game all the sdsu fans waved their hands every time they got a touchdown and even when they won. I found it hilarious how that came back to bite him in the ass.

I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure just as the game ends at 12:52, a defensive lineman for South Dakota State (#53) is waving his hands mimicking the hand waving of the Holy Cross DB from earlier, just as you described. Regardless, considering how good SDSU was, and how they steamrolled everybody in the playoffs including crushing very good Montana St. and NDSU teams, you got to tip your cap to Holy Cross, they played their tail off, never backed down, and even in the 4rth quarter had a legitimate chance to win the game, which none of the other SDSU playoff opponents can say.

Here's the interesting thing: Matthew Sluka (the HC QB) originally didn't intend to play football when he came to the school. He was gonna play lacrosse. As an HC alum, I am VERY happy he changed his sport, cause he is special. Maybe not NFL special, but definitely special.

SDSU too cute/overthinking in the first half in the red zone. Credit to Holy Cross for defending but if the Jacks had simply run the ball inside I'm sure they have gotten at least one TD out of those first three trips inside the red zone. 2nd and 8 isn't a big deal when you have an o-line like these guys. No need to throw it. Sluka not the most polished passer but for as tough a runner as he seems to be, he's shifty.
