Holy Grail Foundations for OILY SKIN!

the Makeup Forever Mat Velvet + is my HOLY GRAIL!!! That foundation is literally life for oily skin. I have very oily skin and some foundations that said they were good for oily skin didn't do the job for me. However, this foundation does EVERYTHING I need it to do!! & it is definitely glue for the face. I wore is out to the club and it was hot in there I was sweating and everything and when I got home my makeup was still in place it didn't even look like I had sweated out at all. This stuff is amazing!

If you're an oily skin girl, please try the Revlon 24hr Colorstay matte version. It keeps me matte better than my higher end and my smile lines doesn't crease!

Im surprised they haven't tried that foundation, it stays on all dsy snd jeeps you matte. It's probably the best drugstore foundation, for me anyways.

Be careful when choosing your color with the Estée Lauder bc it oxidizes (makes you darker) It last all day though

My abbbbbbsolute favorite way to wear foundation is to mix the Clinique Beyond Perfecting Foundation + Concealer (24 Golden) with the Becca Ever Matte foundation (Tobacco). It looks BOMB! The Clinique has great coverage but does not stay matte long enough for me, while the Becca is matte but is lighter coverage than I want. Mixing the two makes my makeup last all day (the longest I've worn it is about 17 hours in summer heat!) and I also never have to blot. The finish after mixing is realistic but not cakey. This combo is an oily girl's dream team for real- yall should try it!

I disagree. I'm not a nitpicker by far, but it's most definitely noticeable! It may not be to you, but to others it may be. I think she could go a shade or two darker & maybe she just needs to apply less that way it blends out better b/c it doesn't look bad on the other points that she highlights (nose, chin, forehead) it's just her under eye, but to each it's own. What do I know, maybe in person it looks better. She's EXTREMELY gorgeous though & other than that I think her makeup is always on point.

They're all great especially for very hot southern weather conditions, stay matte until you cleanse your face. I use it with matte primers and sometimes have to add alittle moisture back.

I've been using the FitMe for my everyday drugstore look and it is SEAMLESS. Color matches so perfectly. And I don't get oily throughout the day! I purchased the Infallible last night so I'm going to try that today to see how I like it. The summer time makes my nose into a swimming pool with all the oils! Thanks for your suggestions! You guys got me hooked on the Estee Lauder Stay in Place Foundation. It's my go to foundation now. My shade is Sandlewood and it fits my skin tone perfectly. Don't think I'm ever changing. I tried a Clinique matte foundation and it was too orange on my face. Well depending on the lighting in a room I was either fine or an oompa loompa.

L'Oreal pro matte is the most matte foundation I've ever used. Mixing it with Maybelline fit me dewy makes it more of a satin finish, but still stays put nicely.

The mabelline "dream matte mousse" is by far the best for oily skin! I like it better than any of my high end foundations. ❤️ I can wear it all day with ever having to retouch ! Try it ladies

For some reason, my skin didn't enjoy the NARS Velvet Tint. But, the MUFE is LIFE! I just started using the Neutrogena Healthy Skin foundation and, mixed with MUFE, is literally the best foundation ever for oily skin! I highly recommend it.

If you haven't already I would suggest 6n1 or 6n2 for double wear. Idk why the sales people never suggest neutral shades. They had me in Rich Caramel(too dark) and Bronze(too light but could work in winter months) until I found Rich Ginger 5n1. Cool foundations are more red so it's no surprise it's orangey-ish on y'all

I tried a sample of NARS and it was way too orange for me... But I have been using Becca Ever Matte pore less in Sienna and I love it. Great for oily skin. It is my Holy Grail! You guys should try it, and they have a good range of colors for us chocolate girls!

Estée Lauder is definitely my go to. The color rich cocoa was to chalky looking for me, I had to go a shade up to Peacan. I like it a lot better. Many others I haven't tried but may have to give them a try. Thanks for sharing.

YES! Bought Estee Lauder's Double wear Rich Cocoa a few months back and it is love.. A little does go a long way. Stays on after sweating in the club or being out in light rain. Maybelline Fit me is also good. I have the same skin type and use the same color foundations as you guys, so I can trust this video. I will be trying the other foundations.

I use 6W1 Sandalwood in Double Wear and I find it's more neutral than warm. The Rich Cocoa one looked too orange in the bottle when I went to Macy's so I asked for a match and she gave me that instead.

As an oily girl myself I use all these foundation excluding the Estee Lauder Double Wear. Kendra, you're so right it looks very cakey on me and it sinks into my pores. My holy grail foundations are the MAC Pro longwear Foundation and the Maybelline Fit Me Matte & Poreless which I mix with the Makeup Forever Mat Velvet Foundation. Do you wear 360 Mocha or 355 Coconut? In the video you're holding the 360 but in your description below it said 318 Coconut. Have you tried the Milani Conceal+Perfect 2 in 1 Foundation? And yes holy grail lipstick please. Kendra, your makeup is looking awesome.
