I remember when rastakhan was released i went 42-6 using shudderwock shaman (three 12 wins and one 6-3 run) with no new cards in the tavern brawl with a 100% win rate against hunter.

Literally, Nobody said nothing, he didn't ask anyone, and no one asked/said anything. Despite this, he decided to take a deck which just won twice, and changed it because he thought it might do better against one deck type despite just winning against that deck type. So nobody said nothing, and he was like "You're right, I better change this." Another way to look at this is this: Have you ever jumped at a sound you thought you heard, but then realized you both imagined the sound and the thing that could have made the sound? That's literally Nothing making No Sound and you could make a story: You: This hallway is spooky. Nothing: You: Oh jeez, that scared the crap out of me. The real joke is that Trump often changes things that are proven successful in the hopes that it makes it more successful, but often times it backfires. If he had just listened to Nobody saying nothing, maybe the deck would have been more successful? :thinking:

He thought he could consistently beat warrior w/o alex. That second game he got unlucky not to draw bombs early and to have hammer as the last card but lucky the warrior didn't gain armor. Regardless it was close and alex would help vs warrior.

Why compare this to Nomi when you can just run both? That way you can just play Shirvallah if you need the heal and still Nomi later, and if you don’t need the heal you can just Combo like normal. Or Banker more Nomis into the deck... Seems alright.

I just tried it out on lower ranks and it so fun. Like noone would actually believe someone would play wrath Paladin ever again and that makes it that much sweeter to bazooka right in their face for 25 dmg when they thought they were save and had an easy win against a noob deck that does nothing but press the guy and draw his entire deck

The last guy was so bad: 27:40 All he needs to do this turn is to clear the board and get above 25 health. 1. Play Rover 2. Shield slam Rover - 20 health 3. Attack Rover into Pyro - 22 health 4. Play Mecharoo, attack Banker 5. Attach zilliax to J0-e bot, attack Shivallah - 26 health 6. Have a 4/3 taunt in play with lifesteal. Against 11 Health at 2 fatigue next. Trump: 1. Shivallah , banker, attack, Holy Wrath. 1 Health vs 18 Health and 7/5. Unlikely they would survive here, but deal 5 damage and heal 3 health is fairly possible especially when all mechs have rush.

I like playing Duel Paladin myself, but overall the meta is horrendous; it`s basically seeing who can RNG out a perfect hand to cheat out giant boards or giant minions by turn 4-5.

If you RNG into a perfect hand: Rouge: Giant Edwin by turn 3-4 Paladin: Double Dual on turn 5. Hunter: Discounted mech board by turn 3-4, poisonous boardwipe on 5-6 Warrior: Roll the dice and see if you chain a bunch of bombs in a row and instant die. Warlock: Board flooded by turn 3-4.

@@acrowfliedover He didnt have a play next turn regardless and he wasted an extra point of dmg along with 2 hp of healing. If he didnt have a 2nd truesilver, I would say that was a misplay.

He played truesilver so he can retain an extra charge. As a general rule of thumb, when removing a minion, equipping a weapon is always better than a spell because you retain the charge for upcoming turns in case something else needs to be removed. It's never a misplay. He used Truesilver -> Hammer instead of Hammer -> Truesilver. Both ended up in the same result but the order in which he did it was strictly better, because if the opponent hadn't played anything, Trump could then play the novice engineer he drew, or do some sort of pyro shenanigans. There's no benefit at all to using hammer instead of equipping a weapon there. Hope this clears it up :)

How is this good against warrior, it only deals so much damage, can't do more than 50 which is easily reachable by any warrior in any match. I played against it recently, he did his combo and my life poll was left untouched. No good for control warrior, armor beats everything xD

@@orlikov4127 and with zilliax You magnetise so it's not a simple math like that. For example, I play a dragon control warrior. Shield blocks + 5 mana dragons + boom is 27 armor by itself. Not counting hero powers, mr cleaning commencing and other stuff You could get. One does not simply evaluate how much damage is needed. The combo itself is 50, max he can deal one turn is 50.

Your point is correct, I would say Control Warrior is one of the harder, or even the hardest match-up for the deck, and with the amount of Control Warrior in the meta, it doesn't seem that good for Holywrath Paly.

Just make sure you draw holy wrath first then play lens. Shirvallahs cost is irrelevant cause it can go down kindov hard to play a 25 cost wrath Edit: sorry didn't really answer your question it switches her cost then that cost is discounted by the spells you cast.

Whenever I see Shaman, I immediately mulligan based on Murloc Shaman. If its not, the game is generally slow enough that you can draw into your win conditions. If it is, you get that sweet satisfaction of killing the dirty fish rats

If you did this, wouldn't you just naturally draw the first copy of Shirvallah when you pass to your next turn? So there would only be a single copy to Holy Wrath off of, and you'd max out at 25 damage only.
