Another great parkrun review. Always enjoy the stats and map with elevation you do at the start. Great course coverage too and public transport tips are very useful.

I did Durlston park run Dorset lovely scenery and very hilly which I want as I do munros , l have had knee injury so not fast so around 50 minutes

Oh nice will have to note that one down on my to do list thanks! Well done on doing munros, they are very impressive! Oh that’s a shame ☹️, I had an ACL injury not too long ago and have a made a video talking about it. That will be out later on 👍 Knee pain is the worst for us runners/joggers/walkers!

I have never done this one, looks like a really fast downhill 3rd mile! Too far away from me as stay in Ayrshire

Yeah I would definitely recommend doing it! Very fast ending like you said although the last 100-150m is uphill and that feels like a slog 😂 Ah yeah just a little far, one of my favourites though if you do ever get to go. Although I had good weather for it on the day I went😄
