Thanks for putting this up. Some interesting facts about why the home office originally wanted the enquiry to start from 1970, basically before 1971 the home office was responsible for looking after children's homes in England and Wales thus making them exempt from any enquiry. Bit worrying that top jobs are from ex Home office staff. Lowell Goddard had £80.0000 pay out to go on top of her £380.000 so two months pay for her was £80.000 😳

Seems Lowell did not want to work with the panel but she is an adult and should have sucked it up and done her job.
