Thanks for this video! Glad you and Henry had some bonding time. If your car gets stuck again try using your floor mats in your car. Place them underneath the wheels as close as you can, textured side up. That has helped me once or twice.

Adam, I'm in been catching up mode bc mode bc I've been unwell lately. This is one of the best vlogs!😆 Your beautiful relationship that you have with Henry is so beautiful to watch. You can really feel it the love you have for each other, esp playing in the snow with sled, on your walks and cuddle time. I'm so proud of how you dealt with all the other responsibilities while Bernardo was away. You really stepped up. Well done. You are exactly what Bernardo needs atm. Henry is a typical dog, full of play. He may have had a cold in the stomach which will pass in time. The question you asked at the end of the video is a difficult one to answer. We each approach the loss of someone in many ways, I have lost both parents. The best approach is to remember the grief subsides and you remember the many good times, which helps. Adam, I'm very proud of you and Henry! You used your tools in your therapy toolbox very well! Being born and lived in Indiana for 48 years and Ohio 7 i know about snowy/icy roads. If you can get a bag or 2 of pea gravel from a hardware store and after you dig snow out of the way cup your hands and throw 1 or 2 scoops behind each tire if your backing up. Try is you possibly to park aligned with the road. That will make it much easier to pull out. An up hill battle is just that, a battle!!! Also keep some weight in the back , yes i saw it an AWD! great thinking guys, gotta love them. Even if it is AWD there is only vehicle weight, adding 100 to 200 lbs can make a steadier SUV on windy winter roads, makes the tires 'bite' into snow and get you going, ice, well im sorry gents i cant help you there! Lots of sand and thats about it for ice, so a bag of sand in back also helps with weight, use the seats for groceries boys in winter! Henry keeps showing that he is one of the foreigners now. Stepsof3Foreigners???? thank goodness for the wood stove, we dont have one and i hate the thought of that happening to use and esp. loosing all the house plants to cold. I hope your plants come through they dip in heat. Im so jealous of all your birds, even though we live in the suburbs we still have mainly sparrows, yuk. If you know a storm is coming fill all the buckets, plastic tubs, and so on so you have drinking water and water to put in the back of the toilet to flush!

Oh my goodness, this was quite a storm with quite a few challenges and you got to be PROUD of U as you managed it very well with only Henry! Most interesting to watch and see that kind of a real snowy storm with all kind of precipitations but took time also to enjoy sliding down that hill with Henry! It has been a very rough time for you and Henry through the snow storm but you made it through. Thanks to you very friendly and helpful neighbor who came to your assistance in removing the car so that you could get to the grocery to get food for you both. Miss you Bernardo hope to see you soon. Regards to your sister and family in this very sad time my thoughts and prayers are with you all. I know what it is to be in greaving, I lost my mom, big sister and am about to loose my Mom's brother which is my uncle. God knows best.

Wow. I had no idea you guys got slammed so hard down there in Oregon. It’s been relatively mild here in Seattle. We did have a week of 19° though. Love the doggie!!The scenes were beautiful, despite no power!! You did it!

It's definitely a different feeling from Florida. Floridians are not used to snow storms. I hope all the best for Bernardo's family and it is not easy to lose a young family member. Pray and love for his family, and it's great that you are his support system. Just like he has been your support system. Definitely keeping yourself busy it is a good thing with your companion, Henry, and at least he is your company to protect you.
